"Indian Horse Chestnut"
A strikingly beautiful tree covered with large heads of salmon-pink flowers with darker spots in early summer .
The large, divided, ribbed leaves are dark green before turning golden in autumn
Smaller grown than its parent the White Horsechestnut".
Slow growing with a nice rounded shape.
Needs moist soil conditions.
May produce large chesnut-like fruit, but these are not edible.
Grows to approximately 8 metres after many years.
