Commonly call the "Silk Tassel Bush".
The main feature is the spectacular pendulous grey-green catkins which can be up to 20-30cm in length.
The catkins are produced in the middle of winter.
Forms a bushy evergreen shrub with leathery dark green leaves.
It usually grows to approx 2-3 metres.
