This rare Dogwood is a hybrid cross between the Japanese Dogwood, Cornus kousa and the Evergreen Dogwood, Cornus capitata.
The four petalled flower bract are creamy white in december before aging to a pink colour.
In colder areas, the lush green leaves turn a fiery red.
In warmer areas, the leaves may remain on the tree over winter.
In summer. bird attracting, strawberry-like fruit are produced.
It can make a lovely feature tree growing to approximately 5 metres.
