The flower on this lovely rhododendron have broadly funnel-shaped, large petals.
The buds are a soft mauve colour before opening to a silvery mauve then maturing to white with mauve blush, then fading to whit.
The throat of each bloom has a lovely greenish-yellow blotch and darker spots.
The dome-shaped truss holds 12-18 flowers.
It has dark green foliage with large narrow leaves.
It is capable of growing more than 2 metres.
It is advisable to lightly trim for a bushier habit.
