This is another magnolia hybrid bred in New Zealand,
It is a spectacular magnolia producing masses of rosy-red flowers in spring.
These fragrant flowers can reach 30cm across.
It can grow to more than 5M, but easily pruned if a small size is preferred.
Having such large flowers means that protection of wind is required.
