A tall shrub, covered with star-shaped flowers in early spring.
The flowers are a deep lilac pink colour in bud, open to a light lilac-pink, then slowly fade to pale pink on the inside with a deeper stripe on the back.
This is one of the most popular varieties with the star-shaped flowers.
It can easily grow more than 3 metres, but can be pruned to a smaller size if desired.
