This small growing Japanese Maple produces leaves that are bunched tightly along the branches.
These leaves are similar to that of 'Mikawa Yatsubusa' and somewhat like that of 'Shishigashira' .
In spring, the light green foliage which emerges with rose coloured tips.
The crinkled lobed palmate leaves are highly ornamental and turn to shades of yellow and orange in the autumn.
It is a slow grower to approximately 1.5 metres.
