In Australia, this is one of the first comercially grown conifers.
It is loved for its blue coloured foliage and narrow conical shaped.
This tree prefers a cooler, moist climate and need humus rich, fertile soil that is well drained
It is not a good choice for warmer areas and it does not like coastal exposure, salty or strong winds.
A 10 year old plant should be more than 2 metres in height with some old specimens being more that 5 metres.
