This is a dwarf cultivar of the "Japanese Cedar".
It has uniform, somewhat loose branching with nodding tips.
The awl-like foliage is dense and compact,
It will tolerate both sun and shade and can be a lighter green in the sun and more blueish green in the shade
After 10 years of growth, it may each 1 metre x 1 metre.
It makes a lovely feature in the garden or in a patio pot.
It can be pruned as a topiary.
