This interesting dwarf conifers has stiff horizontal branches.
It usually grows wider than high, but may be staked and trained to form small version of its parent plant.
It is lovely in a rockery or patio pot.
It is also ideal for Japanese-style gardens.
It is slow growing to approximately 70cm high by 90cm wide in the first 10 years.
It prefers an open sunny position.
