This is a stunning dwarf cultivar of the "Himalayan Pine".
It forms a mop-shaped shrub, with long silvery blue needles that are very soft to touch.
When planted in a prominent position, anyone passing by will want to "pat" the plant.
It performs best in an open, sunny position and is also ideal for a patio pot.
A mature plant may reach 1.5 metres or so.
