This is a very compact dwarf conifer forming a dense bun-shaped small shrub.
It usually grows wider than high.
The lovely deep green foliage is brighter in summer than winter.
It is a slow grower, reaching approximately 50cm x 70xm in the first 10 years.
It is an ideal shrub for a low informal border.
It is very hardy and performs best in an open sunny position.
