This is a lovely dwarf cultivar of the “Colorado Spruce”.
It forms a flat globose shrub with unusual coloured blue-green foliage.
The new growth is a lighter blue colour and often pushes a second flush of growth in summer.
This foliage distinction between old and new growth is very attractive.
It is best in a morning sun position as the harsh afternoon sun may cause the foliage to burn.
A 10 year old plant would be less than 20cm tall and 30cm wide.
Currently our plants are grafted onto short (200mm) standards.
