This variety is particularly stunning in spring with the new growth being a soft sulphur-yellow colour.
Over time the needles will mature to a soft greenish blue.
It is very slow growing and if a leader does not develop, it will form a rounded shrub.
It makes a very colourful contrast with other conifers and is ideal for growing in patio pots.
