"TASMANIAN PENCIL PINE"
This rare conifer is a native of Tasmania, growing in the Lake St Clair area.
It is a slow grower with attractive dark green foliage.
It makes a good vertical accent plant amongst other trees or shrubs.
It should have protection from hot drying winds and also from frost.
In cultivation, it could reach approximately 8 metres in height.
Young plants may have a typical Christmas Tree shape.
