"Cyprian Cedar"
This is a very rare conifer in cultivation.
It is slow growing, reaching approximately 2 metres in the first 10 years.
It has very dark green, very short needles.
The branches grow horizontally and the tree develops a rounded crown with age.
It may need staking in the early years to develop the upright habit.
Having the short needles makes it a favourite with bonsai enthusiasts,
