This is a narrow weeping cultivar of the "Nootka Cypress".
The short branches have very pendulous hanging branchlets giving the tree a ghostly appearance.
The young foliage has a slight blue tinge, but matures to a dark blue green.
Once the plant is settled in, it can become quite vigorous.
It always creates an interesting specimen in any garden.
