"Chilean Plum Yew"
This rare conifer that can boast unusual plum-like berries with age.
It was previously known as Podocarpus andina.
In its natural habitat in Chile, it grows to over 10m with multiple stems.
It responds very well to trimming and could be used to create a dark green hedge.
It will tolerate damp soil and can grow in sun or shade.
A 10 year old plant could reach approximately 4 metres in height.
