This is another one of the lovely mauve rhododendrons with the distinctive dark blotch.
This is a more compact variety, growing to at least 2 metres.
As with most varieties it will perform best in a morning sun position or in dappled shade.
All rhododendron benefit from a thin layer of mulch to protect the fine roots in summer.
