'Claire' is a lovely mauve flowering Rhododendron.
The bell shaped flowers are a deep mauve in bud and open to a lighter mauve but slightly darker at the petal edges.
It forms a medium sized plant to approximately 2 metres.
The leathery leaves are of a medium size.
