This rhododendron is one of the old favourites.
The buds are light pink in colour before opening to pure white with a prominent yellow blotch.
It is a very hardy variety and looks great when combined with others rhododendrons that have prominent blotches.
Examples of these are 'Sappho', 'Blue Pete'r or 'Windsor Lad'.
It is capable of growing more than 2 metres.
