The foliage is an outstanding feature of this lovely rhododendron.
The deep green leaves are heavily ribbed and very glossy.
This makes it one of the nicest foliage plants available.
It is stunning in spring when the glowing red flowers cover the plant.
It is a small to medium grower, up to approximately 1.5 - 2 metres.
