'Purple Splendour' is one of the darkest purple-flowering Rhododendrons.
These deep purple flowers have a striking black blotch in the throat.
It also has very dark green foliage.
It forms a very nice, bushy plants to approximately 1.5 - 2 metres.
It is great for a pot or a small garden.
It can tolerate a sunnier position than many of the other varieties.
