''Unique' is a lovely Rhododendron throughtout the year.
The clean-looking, oblong leaves are so dense that the plant that forms a smooth, rounded mound.
The flower buds are initially salmon-pink colour, then fade to apricot before opening in tight trusses of ivory and pink flowers.
By the end of the flowering season, blooms are nearly all white.
It usually grows to approximately 1 - 1.5 metres.
Being a slow grower, it is very desirable for patio pots or small gardens.
