The pink flower buds open into white flowers tinged with pink, turning into white as they mature.
It forms a compact, spherical, deciduous shrub growing to approximately 1.5 metres.
Tthe leaves are tinged when bronze when young before maturing to a deep green and then turn to maroon in autumn.
Peforms best with protection from hot summer winds.
